Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Discovery Sessions: Discovery sessions are complimentary and must be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to others. Paid Sessions: Payment is required in advance, either online at the time of booking or by invoice (with prior agreement from us). Invoiced payments must be settled by the due date to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund. We will always try to be flexible and accommodate changes in availability where possible. No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Timekeeping: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the session. Technical Issues: Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection. If technical problems prevent the session from going ahead, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
